MCD Public Health established the Maine Practice Improvement Network a statewide collaboration aimed at cultivating, accelerating, and sustaining efforts to improve clinical office practices and outcomes in Maine. The network provides a structure and a process for implementation of office practice redesign, promotion of shared learning, dissemination of improvement knowledge, and implementation of the Patient Centered Medical Home Model. MPIN's QI Coach Training is a Quality Improvement 101 training designed to build the individual capacity of quality managers or professionals and those leading or interested in leading quality improvement activities. Three Day intensive & interactive training using didactic instruction, case studies/scenarios, open inquiry, role playing and group exercises.
